1. Who We Are
Spiritually Accountable is operated by Claire Amelia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you purchase or use The Self-Made Blueprint, why we collect it, and how it's kept safe.
2. What We Collect
When you purchase the workbook, we (via Stripe) collect your name, email address, and payment details necessary to process your order. Stripe handles all card and payment information directly — we do not see or store your full card details. When you use the workbook, your responses to workbook questions are processed to generate your personalised, AI-driven content.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: process your payment and issue your access code; deliver and personalise your workbook content; send you access instructions and, where relevant, product updates; and respond to any support queries you raise with us.
4. Third Parties We Use
We use Stripe to process payments securely. We use Firebase (Google) to host the workbook and manage access codes. Your workbook answers are sent to the Anthropic API to generate your personalised content. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or other third parties.
5. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed to provide the workbook, manage your access, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to what we're legally required to keep (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
6. Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies required for the site and checkout to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, and object to how your data is used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children's Privacy
The Self-Made Blueprint is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the product or our processes change. The current version always applies, and the date below reflects the last update.
